Where We Deliver

This Shipping Policy covers all orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

Estimated Delivery Times

We do our best to get every order processed and on its way quickly. Our current estimates:

  • Order cut-off: 5:00 PM (GMT+00:00). Anything ordered after this point is processed on the following business day.
  • Processing: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, public holidays excluded)
  • Transit: 6–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Total estimated delivery: 7–11 business days from the moment you place your order

These figures are estimates rather than guarantees; busy periods, public holidays and carrier disruptions can occasionally add time.

Delivery Carriers

Depending on your location and the contents of your order, your parcel may arrive via one of these carriers:

  • Royal Mail
  • Evri
  • Yodel
  • DPD
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Delivery Charges

Free delivery: every UK order ships free of charge, with no minimum spend required, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Tracking Your Parcel

The moment your order is dispatched, we'll email you a confirmation containing your tracking number so you can follow the parcel on its journey.

Please allow 24–72 hours after dispatch for the first tracking updates to appear.
